Thank You, SWEL 2025!

The 2025 SWEL Symposium was a great success! Thank you to Senators Klobuchar and Smith for their heartfelt video introductions, our Circle Keepers (Gregg Campbell, Sam Koltes, Rose McGee, and Kay Pranis), our Keynote Speakers (Dr. Laurie Putnam and Kate Gladdin), and all the participants who joined us to engage deep, reflective conversations throughout the event.

Thank you to the incredible SWEL 2025 Planning Committee who demonstrated SWEL Leadership Characteristics to work collaboratively, flexibly, and vulnerably to consider diverse perspectives and create an event focused on connections, leveraging strengths, and "Widening the Circle" for women educational leaders.
